悉尼酒店學院 – The Hotel School Sydney 是亞太區唯一一所與酒店直系的酒店學院，與全球轄下四千四百間酒店(包括:洲際酒店)聯系，並由世界著名的酒店集團及大學合辦半工讀工商管理(酒店)學位課程。學院提供3年制的學士學位課程 (Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management) 酒店管理實務知識，除了日常的酒店營運管理外，課程亦會重點教授旅遊及款待業的專業知識，包括市場推廣，法律，人力資源及財務管理；有別於一般酒店管理課程。

教學制度 
酒店管理商學士 
Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management

澳洲的學士學位是三年制，一般來說學生需完成三年的課程才能取得學術資格。而本課程的優勢是學生完成每一年的課程，也獲頒發學術資格，甚具彈性。

課程概覽

入學條件 

• 入學前須年滿18歲 
  
• 須完成中六或中七預科課程
  
• 如中五畢業且具一年或以上的相關工作經驗者, 校方亦會因應其工作經驗作出考慮 
  
• IELTS 6.0或以上 (不足者須在入學前進修EAP 英語班, 完成課程後可直接入讀) 
  
• 英文語言能力良好, 對服務業有熱誠
• 入學資格須通過香港招生辦事處國際院校升學中心所舉行的面試

*曾修讀酒店管理/旅遊款待業文憑/副學士者可獲學分豁免 
*EAP 英語班的最低入學要求為IELTS 4.5分
